1. Acceptance of Terms & Platform Use
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 9701 platform available at 9701.app, you agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set out in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
The 9701 platform is an online entertainment service offered exclusively to adults aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where use of such a platform is lawful under local regulations. By using this platform, you confirm that you meet the applicable age and location requirements.
9701 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms at any time. Notice of changes will be provided via the platform or your registered email. Continued use of the platform following any amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

Registration & Account Information
Each user is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on the 9701 platform. Multiple account registrations by the same individual are strictly prohibited and may result in the suspension or closure of all associated accounts without prior notice.
You are responsible for ensuring that all information provided during registration is accurate, complete, and up to date. 9701 reserves the right to request proof of identity at any time for verification purposes, particularly during the withdrawal process.
Password Security & Access
You are solely responsible for keeping your account password confidential. Do not share your login credentials with anyone. You are accountable for all activity that occurs under your account, unless you promptly report unauthorised access to our support team.
You agree not to use another person's account, attempt to access any account without authorisation, or use any automated software or methods to access the 9701 platform.
3. Platform Usage Rules & User Conduct
Users of the 9701 platform agree to use this service for lawful and responsible purposes only. The following are strictly prohibited on our platform:
- Using any software, bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate game outcomes or gain an unfair advantage.
- Colluding with other players to circumvent the platform's game mechanics or security systems.
- Using the platform for any money laundering activities or suspicious financial transactions.
- Sending unlawful, threatening, abusive, or harassing content to other users through any communication channel on the platform.
- Attempting to access or exploit any technical vulnerabilities in the platform's systems.
- Registering with false information or impersonating another person's identity.
Violating any of the above rules may result in account suspension or permanent closure, balance freezing, and 9701 reserves the right to pursue legal action where necessary.
4. Payments, Transactions & Account Policies
Deposits & Withdrawals in MYR
All transactions on the 9701 platform are processed in MYR (RM). Accepted payment methods include FPX (internet banking) and TNG eWallet. Minimum deposit and withdrawal limits, as well as processing timeframes, are as stated in the account section of the platform.
Your first withdrawal requires successful identity verification. All withdrawals are processed within 1–3 business days for bank transfers. 9701 reserves the right to hold withdrawals pending completion of verification if compliance requirements apply.
Account Suspension & Closure Policy
9701 reserves the right to suspend or close a user account for the following reasons: confirmed fraud or suspicious activity, breach of terms of use, legal or compliance requirements, or at the user's own request.
If an account is closed at the user's request and no misconduct is involved, any eligible balance will be refunded after deducting outstanding amounts. Bonus balances that have not met the wagering requirements are not eligible for refund.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
All bonuses and promotions offered by 9701 are subject to wagering requirements and specific conditions stated alongside each offer. Bonuses received must be used in accordance with the stipulated terms before any withdrawal can be made. 9701 reserves the right to void bonuses where there is evidence of promotional system abuse, including registering multiple accounts to claim bonuses.
5. Limitation of Liability, Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links

The 9701 platform is provided on an "as is" basis. We make no guarantee that the platform will be error-free or operate without interruption at all times. To the extent permitted by law, 9701 is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the platform, including loss of wagered funds due to game outcomes.
Intellectual Property
All content on the 9701 platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of 9701 or its licensors. You may not copy, distribute, modify, or use any platform content for commercial purposes without prior written consent from 9701.
Third-Party Links
The 9701 platform may contain references to third-party services or providers. 9701 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
9701 reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered users via email or an in-platform notice at least 7 days before taking effect. Non-material changes may take effect immediately.
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any dispute arising from use of the 9701 platform shall first be resolved through negotiation. Should negotiation fail, the dispute will be referred to an appropriate resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
If any provision of these terms is found to be unenforceable, that provision will be severed without affecting the validity of the remaining provisions, which continue in full force and effect.
